Shipping Policy
Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days (it is understood that Saturday is not a business day).
The products presented on our website are found in United Kingdom. All the orders will be delivered by the Royal Mail Post.
Our shipping is free throughout UK via Royal Post service. What this means: We know that often the value of shipping a product can be equal to 20%, or even 50% of the value of the product, and we do not agree with that. In this way, we deliver to all states and territories of the country and at no additional cost to you.
Your order will be posted after the Order Payment Confirmation and after the Logistic Processing of the order.
Payment confirmation:
Payment confirmation is what tells us that everything is fine with your order. And this occurs when you complete your purchase and enter your billing details, either by credit card or bank slip, this confirmation can take 1 or 2 business days, according to the rules of the credit card operators and responsible banks.
Logistic Processing:
This process starts after payment confirmation. This is when we will take care of the dispatch of your product (s). Your product (s) undergoes a rigorous quality test, where we will assess whether the product (s) is (are) in excellent condition for immediate use. And we do this to ensure your complete happiness when you receive it. Bear in mind that, depending on our stock, some item may be shipped from overseas with similar delivery time.
Logistical Processing usually take few hours. And don't worry, as we have a specialized team that accompanies all this step of the process to ensure your peace of mind without having to follow the shipment steps at all times.

Remembering that these are maximum deadlines, that is, you can receive the products before the deadline (and usually happens).
